this 400th Anniversary of Moscow’s liberation from Polish occupation
in a popular uprising led by two Russian heroes: Kuzma Minin and Dmitry
Pozharsky, celebrated as a Russian national holiday of People’s Unity and
designated as a Day of Russia’s Military Glory, my warmest greetings and
