A Note to
the Reader.
Although Alexander Blok is not included in my Swallow’s Nest of Luminaries, I decided
to put a subchapter titled Blok’s Women here,
even though this was not my original plan.
My “armor-piercing” subchapter Mr. Lastochkin: The Magnificent Third will close this chapter. In
the meantime, I am offering the reader to guess who that may be.
