Transition
to the Garden.
The next interesting chapter will stun both the reader
and the researcher. My chapter which I have titled The Garden will reveal the prototypes of the main characters of
Bulgakov’s subnovel Pontius Pilate,
namely, Pontius Pilate himself, Yeshua, Afranius, Niza, Matthew Levi, and Varravan.
The second tier personages, by no means less important, including Ratkiller,
the commander of the Syrian ala, the legate-commander of the legion, etc. will
be revealed in the chapter The Bard.
